I'm just a person who works on this store as a side job, sometimes for different reasons (more work than usual, conventions, etc..) packages can take several weeks to be sent. Why do books have an extra shipping cost?
Send heavy items, like books, overseas is expensive. I try to keep my shipping prices as low as possible but since the COVID-19 crisis started the courier companies have been increasing prices.
In case you select the tracking number option:
If you purchase an item with extra shipping cost among other goodies, books + stickers for example, you should select just one tracking number option and the standard one for the other items. Everything will be shipped in just one package with tracking number.
Do you send all orders with tracking number?
You should select the tracking shipment option. All original paintings are sent with tracking number.
If you do not select the tracking option you won't have any information once the package leaves my studio and I can't assure you the package arrives and I am not responsible if this happens or if it's damaged.
I usually don't do refunds, but if you have any issues please, send me a message so we can find a solution.
Custom duties
In some cases there will be VAT (value added tax) or other taxes. Customs and/or duties fees are levied by the destination country, and it's responsibility of the addressee to pay them.
How long does it take for a package to arrive?
Due to the coronavirus shipping times may be longer.
-Spain: 2-3 days
-Europe: 1-2 weeks
-USA, Canada: 2-4 weeks
-Other countries: 2-4 weeks
How long does it take to prepare the orders?
3-5 days.
